At end-2010, the total number of people employed in banking services at TSKB headquarters and branches was 297.
- 53% of TSKB personnel are women and 47% are men.
- The average length of service at TSKB is 8.2 years. This is an indication of a strong sense of employee identification with the Bank as an employer.
- The average age of TSKB employees is 35. This is an indication of the existence of a youthful and dynamic staff whose members play an important role in the Bank’s sustainable performance.
- 94% of TSKB’s employees are university graduates, of whom 26% hold postgraduate degrees.
- 87% of TSKB’s employees have English-language competency.
- All TSKB personnel are full-time employees under permanent contract. One female and seven male employees are retirees working under contract agreements.
In addition to more than half (53%) of its employees being women, TSKB also distinguishes itself in the sector by virtue of the number of women who are employed in its senior management levels.
